Do I need a doctor’s referral to receive treatment at your clinic?
You do not need a referral for most of our services. However, if you have extended health care, you should check to see if they require one when submitting receipts for reimbursement.

How long are treatment sessions?
Your initial session will consist of a detailed assessment of your condition, which is about 1 hour. At this time you will be provided with a start to your customized home program. Each follow up visit will be between 30 – 45 minutes, depending on your situation.
What are my funding options – will my treatment be covered by my government health care plan or extended health care benefits?
Some of our services are covered by government funding sources, automobile insurance, extended health care plans and workers’ compensation. Our clinic can help you determine coverage options you may qualify for. We are not an OHIP clinic.
Most health insurance providers reimburse all or a portion of treatment fees. We can help you navigate all the claims details and documentation required by your insurer.
